About our Institute of Voluntary Social Services Non-Governmental Organizations registered under Registration & Supervision Act, No.31 of 1980 as amended by Act, No.8 of 1998 Global Associate Social Services Organization was established in 2001 under registration number KY/DS/3/SD/28 based in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Global Associate was established by a group of activists who engage and are mainly oriented in the field of Food programs, Education Programs, Providing clean water, Agriculture and Farming, Climate change and Forestry. The Global Associate group identified that even though there have been major development activities in Sri Lanka, there have been no positive impacts on the lives of marginalized communities and the organization was formed in order to address this social issue that has been compelling society for all these years.
